About the role
The Air Conditioning Installation Technician is responsible for installing AC equipment (various specs) and accessories at residential, industrial and commercial sites in Grand Cayman.
Requirements/Qualifications
Min 5 years of experience installing mini-splits, central AC systems and VRV systems in residential and commercial sites. Demonstrated knowledge and ability to read blueprints and construction sketches as well as interpret manufacturer technical drawings Relevant trade qualifications preferred Ability to work overtime, weekends and public holidays as needed Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure with strict deadlines Ability to install copper tubing, line sets, comms cables, refrigeration accessories, thermostats, etc. Ability to fabricate and install various types of air conditioning ductwork preferred Maintain clean driving record and valid CI Driving License Must be able to provide 2 verifiable references on employment history/experience relevant to the position
