About the role
Job summary The Beauty Therapist is a core service provider st Cayman Brac Beach Resort, Trading as Tropical Touch Day Spa & Salon. Providing a warm welcome and equally warm farewell are key aspects of the role. Exemplary guest service shall be provided to ensure that our guests’ expectations are not just met, but exceeded. Handling local and hotel guests, performing massage and body treatments, cleaning and stocking the treatment rooms, retail and gift certificate sales, handling cash and credit card charges, communicating room charges to Front Desk, and coordinating guest requests are the primary functions of the job.
