WE'RE HIRING! Delivery Driver / Kitchen Assistant We are seeking a reliable, hardworking, and organized Delivery Driver / Kitchen Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate must be punctual, detail-oriented, able to work in a fast-paced environment, and willing to assist with both deliveries and daily kitchen operations. Key Responsibilities Delivery & Transportation

Safely and efficiently deliver prepared meals, catering orders, and supplies to customers and event locations. Ensure orders are accurate, properly packaged, and delivered on time. Load and unload delivery vehicles, including catering equipment and supplies. Maintain cleanliness and organization of delivery vehicles. Assist with transporting equipment and setting up catering events. Kitchen Assistance

Assist with basic food preparation, including washing, peeling, chopping, and preparing ingredients. Read and follow recipes and preparation instructions accurately. Portion proteins, assemble meals, and package and label food orders. Assist with preparing catering orders, grazing boxes, and event food displays. Maintain clean and organized kitchen workstations. Complete dishwashing, sanitizing, and general kitchen cleaning duties. Events & General Operations

Assist with event setup, food service, breakdown, and cleanup. Receive and organize deliveries, monitor inventory, and restock supplies. Assist with opening and closing duties. Ensure compliance with DEH food safety and hygiene standards. Support the team with additional operational duties as required. Requirements Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience in delivery, food service, or kitchen operations. Valid Cayman Islands driver's licence. Clean driving record. Basic food preparation skills and ability to follow recipes. Good understanding of food safety, hygiene, and allergy awareness. Ability to lift, carry, and transport catering equipment and supplies. Strong time-management, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays when required.
