About the role
Experience in the operation of drilling equipment to depths of 60 feet, in particular knowledge of Mustang (pneumatic), Gardner (Rotary) & Tamrock (hydraulic) type drills would be an advantage. Ability to perform drill down/up procedures, insert drill steel/tips & sleeve casings as required. Basic knowledge of drill equipment maintenance & compliance with standard safety procedures in operating heavy equipment is required. Completion of NRA Blasters and Explosives Safety Training (BEST) course & Red Cross First Aid Course will be required.
