About the role
Job title: Finance Manager
Description: We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to oversee financial operations, support strategic decision-making, and drive robust, efficient finance practices across the organization.
- Required skills and experience: o At least 7 years of experience in the field o Lead month-end and year-end close, ensuring accurate, timely financial reporting and reconciliations. o Own budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis, providing clear insights to senior management. o Manage cash flow, treasury activities, and relationships with banks, auditors, and tax advisors. o Strengthen internal controls and finance processes, driving continuous improvement and automation. o Bachelor of Finance / Accounting or equivalent with at least 7 years of relevant experience; international accounting qualifications such as the US CPA are a strong plus.
