Mykonos is seeking an experienced and professional Head Server to join its team in Seven Mile Beach. The successful candidate will oversee daily floor operations, lead the service team, and ensure guests receive attentive, efficient, and high-quality dining experiences.

Responsibilities include greeting and seating guests, presenting menus, recommending food and beverages, accurately handling orders, monitoring tables, resolving guest concerns, coordinating with kitchen and bar teams, and maintaining high standards of hospitality, cleanliness, and presentation. The role also involves delegating duties, assisting with staff training, monitoring service standards, and coordinating private functions and special events.

Applicants must have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role, with demonstrated leadership or supervisory experience in a restaurant or fine-dining environment. Strong food and beverage knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to lead a team in a fast-paced setting are required. POS experience and relevant hospitality certifications are advantageous.

Availability to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays is mandatory.
