JANITORPosition Overview

The successful applicant will be responsible for providing general cleaning, area maintenance, and pre- and post-workday clean-up across various contracted residential and commercial sites in Grand Cayman (excluding hotels, condominiums, and tourist accommodations). Key ResponsibilitiesPerform general janitorial duties, deep cleaning, and routine area maintenance across assigned client premises. Execute pre- and post-workday clean-up tasks to ensure properties remain clean, sanitary, and well-maintained. Safely handle and apply cleaning chemicals, supplies, and janitorial equipment in compliance with safety standards.Maintain a humble, reliable, and professional demeanor when servicing client locations across George Town, Bodden Town, and surrounding districts. Manage time effectively across multiple scheduled client sites per week. Qualifications & Experience RequirementsExperience: A minimum of 5 years of experience is acceptable; however, 10+ years of on-the-job experience in the janitorial and commercial/residential cleaning industry is strongly recommended. Education: Technical or Vocational training/certification. Language Skills: Must be fluent in English (speaking, reading, and writing). Attributes: Must be hardworking, trustworthy, physically fit, and able to work independently with minimal supervision. Compliance: Must possess a clean police record. Compensation & BenefitsSalary: CI$8.75 per hourHours: 40 hours per week (Full-Time; scheduled across contracted days/hours as required) Benefits: Health Insurance, Pension, Sick Leave, and Vacation pay provided in accordance with Cayman Islands Labour, Health Insurance, and National Pensions Laws.
