About the role
Applicants must have a minimum of six (6) years of experience in commercial food establishment and in assisting with all forms of the kitchen production process including but not limited to: assisting with running the kitchen, assisting with equipment sanitizing, assisting with processing special orders for kitchen. Must be honest and possess good interpersonal skills and be able to work as a part of a team. Must be willing to work on Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays and on shifts.
