About the role
Site Preparation: Clearing debris, digging trenches, setting up scaffolding, and loading or unloading building materials.
- Trade Support: Assisting masons, carpenters, and steel fixers by mixing mortar, handling tools, and preparing materials.
- Equipment Handling: Operating basic manual and power tools and, under direction, occasionally operating light machinery such as jackhammers or small compactors.
- Site Maintenance: Keeping work areas safe, organized, and compliant with local workplace safety regulations. The Applicant must have a high school education (Or equivalent), a valid driver's licence, police clearance, basic math skills, be physically fit, reliable, and willing to work flexible hours, including overtime, weekends, and public holidays.
