About the role
Full time position, minimum of 3-4 years experience in caring for the elderly, preferably in a healthcare facility.
- Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Relevant certification such as the Home Care Aide Course or Nursing Vocational Qualifications (N.V.Q) grade 2 or above
- Hold a current Red Cross first aide CPR/AED certification
- Have good observation skills, excellent oral and written communication skills
- Hold a valid Cayman Driver's License
- Must work nights, shifts, weekends and holidays and be in good health as the position is physically demanding.
- Must be able to lift up to 50lbs
- We are a non-profit organization, so overtime is paid at the regular hourly rate of pay.
