  • Preparation of analysis and updates to the Investment Review Committee.
  • Assisting with cash flow and commitment management analysis across the Private Equity, Real Estate, and Infrastructure portfolios.
  • Performing analysis of existing portfolios and assisting in the due diligence of new investment opportunities.
  • Assisting in the maintenance, preparation, and distribution of monthly Private Equity Reports, Budgets, and Forecasts in accordance with the format set by the Investment Review Committee.
  • Contributing to the continuous improvement of processes and procedures across the team.
  • Undertaking any other tasks and projects that may be assigned by management from time to time.

The successful candidate will possess the following attributes:

  • A recognised professional accounting qualification (CA, CPA, ACA, or ACCA) and a relevant bachelor's degree from a reputable university.
  • An internationally recognized investment management designation (CFA, CAIA or equivalent) would be a distinct advantage.
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience either in auditing funds, or fund accounting/private equity investment administration.
  • A solid understanding of accounting principles, particularly in relation to investment products, and a proven ability to analyse and fully understand company financial statements, corporate capital structures, and company valuations.
  • An understanding of Private Equity, Real Estate, and Infrastructure investment structures, related investment strategies, and the risks associated with alternative investment products.
  • Familiarity with portfolio management systems such as FactSet, Fusion Invest, and the Cobalt Private Equity analytics platform would be a distinct advantage.
  • An understanding of US Federal and State tax filing requirements for non-US investors would be a distinct advantage.
  • Excellent IT literacy, including expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel, full familiarity with the Microsoft Office suite, and ideally experience with Power BI.
  • Highly numerate, with strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, and a firm commitment to accuracy and excellence.
  • The ability to work within a dynamic environment, share workloads, work cross-functionally and be able to self-manage and prioritize work effectively.
  • Willingness and ability to work outside normal office hours, including evenings and weekends, as and when required, to complete the work and meet deadlines.

A comprehensive remuneration package is being offered with excellent benefits and a salary in the range of USD 95,000 to 110,000 per annum, depending on experience and ability. This position is based on an in-office 40hr work week, with office hours being 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM, Monday to Friday.
