About the role
The position requires a degree in Quantity Surveying from a RICS recognized institution or equivalent. Candidates should be RCIS chartered or working towards Chartership.
Candidates must have more than 6 years’ experience working for a Main Contractor as an Estimator or Quantity Surveyor in the Caribbean or United Kingdom with a Construction Value in excess of $25Million.
Responsible for the budget and financial management of construction projects, recognize business opportunities, contract negotiation and agreement along with pricing bids to win new contracts, project cost planning, cost and risk management.
