Servers will work closely with our chefs to ensure each event runs smoothly and our guests receive attentive, professional and personalized service.
As a mobile operation, the role also involves travelling to different locations, loading and unloading supplies and equipment, and adapting to a variety of private homes and event environments.

- Minimum 5 years’ professional serving experience
- Strong wine knowledge and wine-service experience
- Current Food Handler/Food Safety Certification
- Valid driver’s licence and clean driving record
- Reliable personal transportation

- Ability to work independently and as part of a small team
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, public holidays and extended hours
- Ability to accommodate last-minute bookings and schedule changes
