About the role
ICF Builders Cayman Ltd. seeks an experienced Site Supervisor to assist the Project manager with daily construction operations, supervising site staff and subcontractors, ensuring quality control, safety and compliance with project specifications and schedules.
Duties: Oversee construction activities, interpret architectural and structural drawings, conduct site surveys and setting out, coordinate inspections, monitor materials and workmanship, maintain project records, resolve technical issues and ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
Required Skills and Experience
Minimum 9-10 years relevant construction supervisory experience. High-end residential condominium experience preferred. Knowledge of Total Station and Theodolite equipment, structural layout, underground utilities, roadways and car parks is required. Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills are essential. Computer proficiency is an advantage. A clean police record, valid clean driver’s licence, own transportation and excellent references are required.
Salary: CI $33,000 – CI$35,000 per annum, plus benefits.
Work Hours: 45 hrs./week, extended hours may be required and must be available for weekends.
Benefits: Health Insurance and Pension in accordance with applicable Cayman Islands Labour Law.
